    Potassium

Has anyone else noticed symptoms of potassium deficency, (severe leg cramps at night, heartbeat irregularities} I wonder if abnormal skin growth uses up our potassium resources at a higher rate. When I have low potassium symptoms my PS clears remarkably, when I take the suppliment the cramps stop but the PS flares.

    What about Magnesium??

Have you tried balancing it with magnesium? Magnesium has been shown to be one of the most active ingredients in Dead Sea Salts. Magnesium also helps with leg cramps and some types of arrhythmias.

Thank you Fitzy for mentioning this. I have been having leg cramps and a fast pulse. I quit eating bananas due to allergies, and didn't realize I probably had dropped my potassium too much. I have been drinking milk, so I didn't know why this was happening. So I googled 'nutrition potassium' to find replacement foods, which then brought me to a kidney website. Not only is my potassium low, my blood pressure has been up a bit due to the cyclosporene dosage and the Norvasc not quite controlling it. I wouldn't have looked at this if you hadn't raised the subject. I'm at risk of kidney failure anyway, and not having the correct potassium levels hurts my kidneys. Another post that helped me save my health. Thanks again.
