    OK--here are my feet

Remember, I have a long way to go but you can see where the pustular was.
I still have a lot of dry skin and some places might look like pustules, but it's just dry skin.
I did get a little better while on MTX but it was very slow. When I went into the hospital, (Aug 5) I had a lot of pustular places all along the sides of my feet. There was a huge pustular place right under my little toe---OUCH!
Here is a link to my old pictures, but I got worse than this. Scroll down to post # 1983-1984-1985. Now you can see why I have been wearing clogs. I had never had this on the bottom of my heels until after trying Enbrel. http://www.psoriasis.org/forum/showt...page=100&pp=20

    Right foot---

For some reason, my left foot has always been the worst. When I went into the hospital, my big toe was completely covered and it was getting very close to my toenail.

    Granny,
I have to say that your feet look much better than they were. I hope they just keep getting better. You really deserve a break from this stuff. I know I already told you this but I am so happy for you!!!

    Wow!

I can't believe how much better they look!!

Are you still using topicals or are you just using the Slippery Elm and the American Saffron tea or a combination of all the above?

    Here's to continued clearing.

Mike,,,,,I'm not using anything,,,all this happened after I started taking my antibiotic for the staph infection. I'm using my Aquaphor Ointment 2 times a day.
I am still taking the teas and some other supplements. I'm wondering if that has kicked in,,,,I started these in January. Even if it's not my supplements, I feel better after taking them. My cholesterol is down and my blood pressure is not as erratic.

Quite a change from being in a wheelchair last summer! HUH?

Ok Granny I finally got those pics today as my before pics. I should have done them before I started the Keflex though, because my kids are saying they look better already. I should have taken the pics before I started the Puva. They looked much, much worse before the puva, and now my hands are almost clear. Funny how the hands seem easier to treat then the feet. I'm so glad yours are clearing beautifuly. Yours look so much better then they did a couple of months ago. I cant thank you enough for sharing with me.
    Love, Patty

Sally,,,I love those little dancing birds! I never could dance but I sure am going to do some walking if this continues. I'm still being cautious. I have almost new treadmill that I need to put some miles on. I've had it three years and I bet it doesn't have 50 miles on it.

I can lay feet on the bed! There have been many nights I had to stick them off the edge because I couldn't stand to let anything touch them.

Arl,,,,Dh put the dark dots on my hands to show where the pp had been. On my old pictures the dark spots are where the pustular places were drying up.

The red looking skin is where pppp has cleared. I will start soaking again soon. I wanted to see what just the antibiotic would do. Soaking does help keep the skin soft.
I have the Conair Foot and Hand Spa. It's like a little whirlpool. Helps tired feet feel better.
